Purchases & digital delivery

These listings are digital downloads. No physical dragon, printed figure, printer, materials or other physical item is shipped. Read each listing’s formats, contents, compatibility, dimensions and license before purchase. A coming-soon item cannot be purchased or preordered here.

The cart is a device-local collection of products you are considering. It does not place an order, reserve inventory or collect payment. Products on different marketplaces require separate checkouts. Opening a checkout does not confirm payment. Your order is confirmed by the marketplace’s receipt, and downloads become available there after payment is confirmed.

Prices are in US dollars and include seller-required charges. Government-imposed taxes may be added by the marketplace. We do not add a handling, subscription or BalladeerShop service fee. A discount can reduce the amount charged. If a linked checkout has a different base price or an unexpected mandatory charge, do not pay; contact us so we can correct the listing. We do not authorize a higher charge through a disclaimer.

Payment details and billing information are entered on the named marketplace, under its purchase terms and privacy notice. BalladeerShop does not collect payment-card numbers. Keep your receipt and download backup. An item in this cart is not proof of purchase.

Refunds, cancellations & file problems

If something is wrong

Contact scarahandler@gmail.com or message us through your purchase receipt. Please include the order reference, product name, purchase date and a description of the issue. Do not send a card number, password or government ID.

Please report missing, corrupt, incorrect or materially misdescribed files within 30 days of purchase when possible so we can investigate promptly. This request window does not shorten a longer statutory or marketplace right. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file. If we cannot provide the purchased product as described, we will authorize a full refund through the original marketplace. A confirmed accidental duplicate purchase of the same digital license is eligible for a full refund of the duplicate order when reported within 30 days, subject to marketplace processing.

Approved refunds return through the original marketplace/payment method; we do not substitute store credit or charge a restocking fee. Tax adjustments and the time funds take to appear are handled by the marketplace and payment provider. We cannot promise a specific bank processing time.

Marketplace-specific details

• Etsy / Kawaii Feather Dragon: Etsy’s instant-download listing states that routine returns, exchanges and cancellations are unavailable. Contact us about a file or order problem; applicable Etsy Purchase Protection, dispute procedures and legal rights remain available.
• Gumroad / Scope Guard Kit: request order or file help through your receipt or our email. The issue-resolution and duplicate-purchase rules above apply alongside Gumroad’s applicable procedures. There is no unconditional money-back or outcome guarantee.

No store policy takes away a non-waivable right under California or other applicable consumer law. Contacting us does not require you to waive a marketplace dispute or chargeback right.

Product licenses & use

You receive the license described for the specific product; copyright ownership is not transferred. Read the original marketplace listing and included license files. A purchase does not give permission to redistribute a digital product as a competing template or asset pack.

• Scope Guard Kit: business and client-project use under its included license. These are workflow aids, not contract terms, legal advice, signatures or a promise of business results.
• Kawaii Feather Dragon STL: the original purchaser may print for personal use and gifts and sell finished physical prints. Digital files, including modified or derived digital versions, may not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, resold or sublicensed. Physical-print sellers must use their own product photos. The Etsy listing contains the complete permission and restrictions.

For the dragon, the STL is uncolored; color images are painting inspiration. Print results depend on scale, orientation, supports, material and equipment. The listing discloses early AI-assisted design followed by manual modeling, cleanup, refinement and print preparation. We do not promise a result for every printer or slicer.

Privacy notice

This notice describes BalladeerShop’s current storefront. Separate sites you choose to visit, including Etsy, Gumroad and ScaraFangForge, have their own hosting and privacy practices.

What is collected and why

• Browsing and security data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes network information such as IP address, requested URL, browser/device information and security/diagnostic events to deliver and protect the site. We may access operational logs when diagnosing problems. Cloudflare privacy notice ↗
• Device-local preferences: cart product IDs, saved product IDs and the sparkle preference are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to our catalog database and do not identify a customer account. Search/filter input stays in the page. Local storage remains until you clear it or the browser removes it.
• Support messages and order records: if you email or contact us through a marketplace, we receive the name/contact details you provide, your message, any attachments and relevant order information. We use them for support, refunds, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Our email provider and the relevant marketplace process those communications.
• Marketplace purchases: Etsy or Gumroad collects checkout information and may make seller order details available to us. Payment-card credentials remain with the marketplace/payment provider. Their notices explain their collection and retention.

Sharing, tracking & storage

We disclose information to service providers needed for hosting, email, payments/order support, security and recordkeeping, or when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current storefront has no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or third-party embedded checkout. We do not build a browsing profile across unrelated websites.

Product images may use HTTPS image hosts configured by the creator. Such a host receives a normal image request, including network data. Following an external link lets the destination collect information under its own policy. Etsy and Gumroad may use their own cookies or tracking after you leave this site.

We do not use advertising cookies on this storefront. Hosting/security infrastructure may use necessary technical cookies. A cookie banner is not a request for consent to advertising. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the current no-sale/no-ad-sharing behavior; we do not use them to enable tracking. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices first.

Retention & security

Device-local data lasts until you clear it. We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and ordinarily for up to 24 months afterward, unless an active dispute, fraud/security need or legal recordkeeping duty requires longer. Purchase/tax records and provider logs may follow separate legally required or provider-controlled retention periods. We use HTTPS and restrict catalog editing to the creator’s authorized tools; no system can guarantee absolute security.

This store is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please contact us if a child has sent personal information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

This affects only BalladeerShop data in this browser. It does not delete marketplace orders or sent emails.

California privacy choices

To ask about information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email scarahandler@gmail.com with “California privacy request.” You do not need a store account. Describe the request and provide the email used for the relevant interaction. We may ask for proportionate verification or an authorized agent’s permission; do not send sensitive identity documents unless a secure, necessary method has been arranged.

Where applicable, California law provides rights to know/access, correct and delete personal information, opt out of sale or advertising-related sharing, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. Exceptions can apply, including legal records and security needs. We will explain an applicable limitation rather than silently deny a request. You may also contact the marketplace for data it controls.

We do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, so there is currently no sale or ad-sharing activity to opt out of. You may still contact us about your choices. Learn more from the California Attorney General’s privacy resources ↗.

Accessibility, updates & contact

We aim to make this shop usable with a keyboard, readable on phones and respectful of reduced-motion preferences. If a page, product preview or download creates an accessibility barrier, email scarahandler@gmail.com with the page/product and the assistance you need. We will work with you on a practical alternative.

We may update these policies as products or practices change. The updated version and date will be posted on this page. A later policy does not remove protections or refund terms that applied to an earlier purchase. Material privacy changes will receive additional notice when required.
